Involve team to come out with ideas to absorb changes easily and
effectively. Being the end user of a process or system, teams’ idea might
be more practical, or it will allow them to take ownership.

Support the team with trainings which equips them with technology,
techniques and tools to perform better with the changes.
π Exemplary Leadership
Showcase positive mindset towards the change as leaders and go ground
to work along with the team setting good example for employees to
accept change comfortably.
